RESUMO

Objective:To explore the application effect of the blended learning based on Rain Classroom in normal human morphology course. Methods:A total of 118 undergraduates majoring in medical laboratory technology of Batch 2017 and Batch 2018 from Xinjiang Medical University were included in this study, and they were divided into the observation group (Batch 2018) and the control group (Batch 2017), with 59 students in each group, adopting the traditional teaching method and blended learning method based on Rain Classroom respectively. The mid-term, final and comprehensive scores of the two groups were compared by t test and chi-square test through SPSS 23.0. And the evaluation of teaching satisfaction of the observation group was obtained by the questionnaire survey. Results:The mid-term results [(74.02±8.71) vs. (62.00±8.97), t=-6.073, P<0.001], the final results [(83.21±7.73) vs. (70.44±11.43), t=-6.250, P<0.001], and the comprehensive results [(82.26±9.53) vs. (70.52±11.09), t=-6.012, P<0.001] of the observation group were significantly superior than those of the control group ( P<0.05). The excellence rate of the final results (23.72% vs. 3.45%, χ2=10.412, P=0.001) and comprehensive results (18.64% vs. 5.08%, χ2=5.187, P=0.023) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the observation group generally had a good satisfaction with the blended learning. Conclusion:The blended learning could make up for the deficiency of the traditional teaching methods, have preferable teaching effects, and get wide recognition from students.

RESUMO

Objective@#To explore clinical efficacy and safety of Wumeiwan combined with triple therapy for treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).@*Methods@#According to the random indicator method, 113 patients with CAG were divided into control group (n=56) and treatment group (n=57). Patients of control group were treated with triple therapy, while treatment groupwere treated Wumeiwan combined with triple therapy. The two groups were treated for 3 months. Clinical effect was evaluated after treatment. The helicobacter pylori (Hp) conversion to negative of the two groups was compared and recorded. The Hp overcast conditions of the two groups were compared. The serum TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 and peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. The adverse reactions of the two groups during the treatment were compared.@*Results@#Total effective rate of treatment group was 94.7% (54/57), which was significantly higher than the control group 82.14% (46/56), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.401, P=0.036). Hp overcast rate of treatment group was 88.2% (45/51), which was significantly higher than the control group 48.0%(24/50), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=18.883, P=0.000). After treatment, the serum TNF-α (1.43 ± 0.17 mg/L vs. 1.97 ± 0.22 mg/L, t=14.615), IL-6 (30.79 ± 3.65 ng/L vs. 41.13 ± 4.10 ng/L, t=14.166), IL-8 (7.52 ± 1.32 ng/L vs. 9.60 ± 1.77 ng/L, t=7.090) in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the peripheral blood CD3+ (75.12% ± 16.44% vs. 67.33% ± 14.37%, t=2.680), CD4+ (39.02% ± 11.41% vs. 33.49% ± 10.61%, t=2.667), CD4+/CD8+ (1.58 ± 0.35 vs. 1.19 ± 0.32, t=6.179) in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), the peripheral blood CD8+ (24.75% ± 9.69% vs. 28.12% ± 11.29%, t=1.704) in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significantly difference of the adverse reaction rates of the two groups during treatment (χ2=0.134, P=0.714).@*Conclusions@#The Wumeiwan combined with triple therapy for treatment of CAG has a good efficacy and low adverse reactions, has serious anti-inflammatory effects, can improve the body immunity, and it was worthy clinical application.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the management effect of detail management combined with routine management in the treatment of cerebral protective agent in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and its effect on cognitive function. Methods 150 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, 75 cases in each groups. The control group was treated with the brain protectant olanxetan, the study group used the detailed management and routine management.Observation and comparison of two groups of patients with management and cognitive function. Results The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Before treatment, the difference of TIMP-1 and MMP-9 between the two groups was not statistically significant, after treatment were improved, and the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BI index, neurological function and cognitive function between the two groups before treatment, and the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment, and the study group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of detailed management and routine management is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect and improve the cognitive function of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.

RESUMO

Objective:To detect the existence of IFNGR in the stellate ganglion in female goats .Methods:The stellate ganglia were taken from female goats .The expression of IFNGR was detected by PCR method and immunohistochemical SP staining .Results:The results showed that:IFNGR immunoreactive substances were distributed in neurons , supporting cells and passing fiber , and mainly in the cytomembrane and nuclei of neurons .The relative expression of IFNGR was very significantly higher than that of non-neuronal cells (P<0.01).The sequence of IFNGR1 gene amplified by PCR method contained 376 bp, and IFNGR1 gene of goats exhibited the highest homology with sheep(98%),followed by cattle(97%).Conclusion:The results suggested that the IFNGR in the Stellate Gan-glion of female goats mainly expressed and located in sympathetic postganglionic neurons which were provided with the conditions for the role of IFN-γ, which implied that the Stellate Ganglion may act as the critical point to concert the immune regulation of IFN -γand neu-roregulation of autonomic nerve on cardiovascular system .

RESUMO

Objective In order to explore whether neurons in the cervicothoracic ganglion of female goat were equipped with the condition for the role of progesterone .Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of progesteron receptor ( PR) in cervicothoracic ganglion of female goats .Results The result indicated that PR-immunoreactive-products were mainly present in the cell bodies of neurons , and satellite cells , Schwann cells , neurapophysis and nerve fiber also had weaker staining .The cell membrane and cytoplasm of neurons represented brown as strong positive ,but the nucleus of neurons showed the presence of heterogeneity , 85.10% neurons ’ nucleus was strong positive,of which 31.91%nucleolus being clear vacuoles were negative;14.90%nucleus displaying vacuolization had no shaining, of which 7.45%nucleolus was strong positive .There were weak positive and flaxen PR-immunoreactive-products in satellite cells, Schwann cells, neurapophysis and nerve fiber .Image analysis shows that PR of neurons was extremely significant compared with other non-nerve cells ( P <0.01 ) . Conclusion The result proved that the sympathetic postganglionic neurons in cervicothoracic ganglion of female goat were the one of main target cells of progesterone ,suggesting that progesterone may be involving in the neuroregulation of cardiac functional activities through affectinng the activities of neurons in the cervicothoracic ganglion of female goat ,and PR in the cervicothoracic ganglion may act as a network node to coordinate endocrine regulation of progesterone and neuroregulation of autonomic nerve on the cardiac functional activities .
